2. OrderOne.co.nz is not responsible for mistaken orders (mis-reading descriptions), or mis-matched business partners. Its up to you, the users, to ensure you know what is happening when you place an order.

3. Once an order is lodged, a small percentage fee is deducted from the merchant's OrderOne balance and the merchant and buyer are notified. They will then make contact to arrange delivery and payment.
